Working with the creative team at Valiant Design and the founders of Great Glen Distillery, I created this layered city illustration for their 'Inverness Gin'. We worked together to pack the illustration with landmarks, iconic buildings, and places that are significant to the distillery and their patrons. The result captures the unique layers and complexity of the Gin, while also celebrating the place it's born from.
The illustration is printed on the back of the label and viewed through the gin bottle, greatly magnifying all the details of the scene so every building can be picked out as you turn the bottle in your hand. I also created a batch of limited edition fine art prints for the distillery to celebrate the launch of the Gin.
